Dr. Wachara Riewpaiboon, Dean of Ratchasuda College along with the administrators welcomed
Dr. Nenelyn De La Fuente and Asst. Prof. Frank S. Emboltura.

On 11^th October 2019, Dr. Wachara Riewpaiboon, Dean of Ratchasuda College along with the administrators welcomed Dr. Nenelyn De La Fuente, Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, Sciences and Education and Asst. Prof. Frank S. Emboltura, Specialist of Special and Inclusive Education from the University of San Agustin, Philippines. The purpose of this visit was to establish the new partnership and potential activities on Research, exchange student, exchange visiting scholar, benchmarking and faculty activities between Ratchasuda College and the University of San Agustin.

The visit was facilitated by Dr. Sunanta Klibthong Deputy Dean for Research and International Relations and the staff of International Relations Unit. We believe that the visit was a very productive and good sign to initiate and build up a new connection with the University of San Agustin, Philippines.
