บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการใช้ภาพสื่อความหมายบนโทรศัพท์มือถือสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองที่ทำให้ความสามารถด้านการพูด อ่าน หรือเขียนลดลง โปรแกรมประยุกต์นี้สามารถช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยระบุถึงความต้องการสิ่งต่างๆโดยการสื่อสารด้วยรูปภาพบนโทรศัพท์มือถือที่ทำงานบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ เวอร์ชั่น 2.2 โปรแกรมการใช้ภาพสื่อความหมายนี้สามารถช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยในการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ และทักษะการสื่อสาร ผลการประเมินการใช้ระบบโปรแกรมประกอบด้วยข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของนักกิจกรรมบำบัด และผู้ช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยเป็นผู้ประเมินโปรแกรมการใช้ภาพสื่อความหมายบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ ผลการวิเคราะห์การประเมินการทดสอบระบบแสดงถึงความพึงพอใจของการใช้ระบบคิดเป็น 88.16% โดยได้รับการยอมรับในการใช้ในระดับดีมาก และมีความง่ายในการใช้ระหว่างการทำกิจกรรมบำบัดให้กับผู้ป่วย

Abstract

This paper presents the development of a visual communication program on mobile phone for people with predominantly expressive aphasia who have a disorder impairing for ability of speaking, reading, or writing a language. This application program helps the patients to express their needs by using the pictures on a mobile device on platform Android version 2.2. This visual communication program can also assist the patients to develop the learning and communication skill enhancement. The results of evaluation system show the feedback and suggestions of the therapists and the patient assistants who evaluated the visual communication program on mobile phones. The analysis result of evaluation system that the satisfaction of using the system is 88.16% which is the highest level of user satisfaction. It is well accepted by the therapists and patients and it could be easily used operationally during the therapy activities.
