• 2) Guest speaker at the National Council for the Blind, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: on the topic "Formulating a National Strategy to track the progress of EFA-VIC" from 4^th -5^th March, 2012.


• 3) Guest speaker on the Global Campaign on EFA – VI: the UNESCO Meeting, Bangkok on 30^th April, 2012.


• 4) Guest Speaker and Key Note Speaker on the 9^th National Teacher Congress on Visual Impairment Theme: Collaborative and Inclusive Strategies of Teaching Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematic (STEM) to Students with Visual Impairment from 26^th - 28^th October, 2012 at Radisson Blue Hotel- Cebu, the Philippines.


• 5) Attended the meeting of the United Nations Economic Social Commission for ASIA and the Pacific (UN- ESCAP) from 15^th -16^th May, 2013 at the meeting room #4, the United Nation Conference Center (UNCC), Bangkok, Thailand, considered to be "The Way Forward "Asia-Pacific Regional Consultation on a Disability-Inclusive Development Agenda towards 2015 and Beyond".
