Registration fee
All participants must register for the conference. There are different rates for participants from abroad and Thai participants. "General" refers to participants from abroad. Please note our extended early bird registration deadline.
Remark: Please send your registration payment within 3-5 days after submitting the abstract or paper. Your abstract/ Full paper will be reviewed after we received the payment receipt from you only. The deadline for all payments for presenters is no later than January 30, 2016.
Participants with an accompanying person
Please register early for reduced rates and be informed of separate fee for accompanying person of participants from abroad. An accompanying person might be a sighted guide, a sign language interpreter or personal assistant traveling with persons with disabilities (PWDs).

General participant
Whether you are just participating in the Conference, planning to present a paper, reserving an exhibit area, or holding a workshop, please register online and make payment according to the rates above for each person. You may choose to participate in more than one activity, but pay for only one with the highest price only.
Two persons are entitled to participate in one exhibit. For example, a regular Thai registration of an exhibit at 1,500 THB will include two persons. However, each person must register online separately.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellation of Attendee & Exhibitor RegistrationThere will be no refunds after March 18, 2016. All no-shows will be charged the full amount. The payment should be before the due date shown in your received invoice.
