Handicapped condition
In 1983, Khun Vorayut opened a shop selling chemicals for agriculture, Rungkij Chemi Kaset, in Baan Paew District, Samut Sakorn Province. After 8 months of operation, in September 1984, Khun Vorayut was shot causing a T8-level paralysis condition to half of his body. Incident, he opened a small publishing business. The publishing business was inspired by Khun Narong Patibatsorakij, whom he met during his time spent working at the Association of Physically Handicapped of Thailand. Khun Narong wanted to establish a publishing business where handicapped people could be trained in publishing, Khun Vorayut therefore joined Khun Narong in such business. The business started with a small printing machine and has continued operations until today.

- 1. 1995 - Pannee Printing Co., Ltd. was incorporated and engaged in the business of publishing
- Siam Nissin Co., Ltd. was incorporated and engaged in the business of selling equipment to
facilitate the handicapped and elderly.
- The Thai-Japanese Handicapped Foundation was established to assist and provide knowledge
to the handicapped and to exchange thoughts between Thai-Japanese Foundation for Persons with Disability. - 2. 1996 - K. Paper Co., Ltd. was incorporated and engaged in the selling of paper of all kinds
- 3. 2002 - Voranaree Co., Ltd. was incorporated and engaged in the business of real estate
- 4. 2012 - Wheelchair Tennis Association was established
- 5. 2013 - V.K.K. Packaging Co., Ltd. was incorporated and engaged in the business of manufacturing

Business Operation
After becoming handicapped with paralysis, Khun Vorayut Kitkool spent most of his life in a wheelchair. However, he started doing business by opening a barbers' shop and, 9 years after the incident, he opened a small publishing business. The publishing business was inspired by Khun Narong Patibatsorakij, whom he met during his time spent working at the Association of Physically Handicapped of Thailand.
